Collections

Orders can be collected from our warehouse during the following hours:

If you need to collect your order outside of these hours, please contact us in advance and weโ€™ll do our best to assist.


Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays or other times as notified). Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only
  • ๐Ÿšš All orders are sent via Courier Shipping with Authority to Leave (ATL) as default
  • ๐Ÿ“ฉ If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, please contact us before dispatch
  • ๐Ÿ” Any re-delivery charges from failed deliveries will be passed on to the customer

Returns & Exchanges

Weโ€™re committed to providing quality products and service. As a small business, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

If something isnโ€™t right with your order โ€” such as it arriving damaged, faulty, or not as expected โ€” please contact us as soon as possible, and weโ€™ll work with you to find a solution.

โœจ Exchange Conditions

Weโ€™re happy to consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • Youโ€™ve contacted us and received a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer
  • A restocking fee may apply

We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered service when returning items, as we canโ€™t be responsible for items lost in transit.


New Zealand Orders

Please note: We generally do not accept returns or refunds for orders shipped to New Zealand.

If something is wrong with your order, weโ€™ll always do our best to resolve it, in line with our obligations under Australian and New Zealand consumer law.
