Orders can be collected from our warehouse during the following hours:

Monday to Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm

Excluding public holidays or other times as notified.

If you need to collect your order outside these hours, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to assist.

Special Collection Notice:
This section can be updated whenever needed for holiday closures, stocktake periods or temporary collection changes.

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or other times as notified. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Please Note

  • We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
  • All orders are sent via courier shipping with Authority to Leave (ATL) as standard.
  • If you would prefer a signature on delivery, please contact us before dispatch.
  • Any re-delivery charges resulting from failed deliveries will be passed on to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to providing quality products and service. As a small business, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

If something is not right with your order, such as it arriving damaged, faulty or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.

Exchange Conditions

We are happy to consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging.
  • You have contacted us and received a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
  • A restocking fee may apply.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


New Zealand Orders

Please note that we generally do not accept returns or refunds for orders shipped to New Zealand.

If something is wrong with your order, we will always do our best to resolve it in line with our obligations under Australian and New Zealand consumer law.
