What it is — and what it isn’t
Use it for
- Camera and optical instrument lenses
- Filters, binoculars and eyeglasses (non-polycarbonate)
- Glass, mirrors, Perspex and most plastics
Don’t use it for
- Polycarbonate lenses
- Spraying directly onto screens/VDUs or photocopiers — static may ignite the spray
- Camera sensors
- Untested plastics — test a small area first
Getting the best result
- Blow off loose grit first with a hand blower so you don’t scratch the surface.
- Spray a small amount onto a clean, soft cloth — not directly onto the lens.
- Wipe gently in a circular motion from the centre outwards.
- Buff with a dry part of the cloth for a streak-free finish.

Common questions
Can I spray it straight onto a lens?
Best practice is to spray onto a clean cloth and then wipe. Never spray directly onto screens, VDUs or photocopiers.
Is it safe for polycarbonate lenses?
No. Kenro says not to use it on polycarbonate lenses.
Can I use it on a camera sensor?
No — sensors need dedicated sensor-cleaning products or professional cleaning.
What cloth should I use?
A clean microfibre cloth such as the Kenro Magic Cleaning Cloth.
Always read the label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Aerosol — keep away from heat and flames and never spray directly onto screens or office equipment. Test on plastics first. Information is from Kenro product data and is a guide only.
