- Small, light LitePad setups within 907 g total
- Hardware with a 1/4"-20 female thread (e.g. the LitePad Swivel Arm)

- Mounting a LitePad directly without extra hardware
Getting the best result
- Slide the mount into the camera’s cold shoe and lock it.
- Thread on suitable hardware with a female 1/4"-20 (for example the LitePad Swivel Arm).
- Attach the LitePad via its bracket (e.g. an Axiom bracket that suits your hardware).
- Check the total weight is under 907 g and everything is tight before shooting.

Common questions
Can I mount a LitePad straight onto the cold shoe mount?
Not on its own — Rosco notes additional mounting hardware is required. The mount ends in a 1/4"-20 male thread, so you need hardware with a female 1/4"-20, such as the LitePad Swivel Arm, plus a suitable LitePad bracket.
What’s the weight limit?
2 lb (907 g), per Rosco. Include the LitePad, bracket and any arm in that total.
Does it work on video cameras?
Rosco describes it for the cold shoe of almost any still photography camera. It will suit any standard cold shoe, but check the load and balance on your rig.
