Light that sells and brands.

Retail light has to do two jobs: make product and finishes look irresistible, and carry the brand. Rosco tools project logos and motifs exactly where you want them, and deliver clean, high-CRI light that flatters what’s on the shelf.

The brief

Make it look good, make it yours

In retail, light is a merchandising tool and a branding tool at once. Product needs clean, colour-accurate light so materials and finishes read truthfully. And the space needs identity — a brand mark at the threshold, a motif in the window, a feature that makes the store memorable.

Rosco delivers both. Image Spots and custom gobos place logos, patterns and messages exactly where they land best — on a floor, a wall, a display — and change with the season or the promotion. RoscoLED Tape and quality accent fixtures give the high-CRI, controllable light that makes product look its best.

What we bring

Brand and merchandising light

Projected branding

Logos, motifs and messages placed precisely and changed on demand — no printed decals or floor vinyl.

High-CRI product light

Colour-accurate light that makes materials, finishes and packaging read truthfully on the shelf.

Reconfigurable

Swap a gobo or re-aim a fixture for a new promotion, season or layout — residue-free.

How it’s used

A brand mark at the threshold

Projecting a logo onto the entrance floor is the simplest, sharpest form of retail branding in light: a bright, crisp mark that greets customers and can change with a campaign, with nothing to peel up afterwards.

The same technique scales to window motifs, feature-wall patterns and in-store wayfinding — all in projected light.

What to plan for

Retail light changes often and is judged on how product looks. CFATS can prepare artwork and confirm colour quality up front.

Brand artwork

We turn your logo and motifs into projection-ready gobos, in the right medium for a crisp result.

Colour rendering

High-CRI light is specified so product and finishes look truthful and appealing.

Floor & surface

Reflective or dark floors change legibility; we assess the real surface for projected branding.

Campaign changes

If branding rotates with promotions, we plan for fast gobo swaps and re-aiming.
