In most cases, if there’s a minor issue, we’ll aim to repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the circumstances.
If something more significant is wrong with the product, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. This may apply if the item:

- Doesn’t function as promised or can’t be reasonably fixed
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. We may request a copy of your receipt or order confirmation to assist you more efficiently.
